What does a licence cover?
A licence covers a set number of live sites: one, five, or twenty five, depending on which tier you buy. Test sites and sites running on your own computer do not count towards the total. You can move a licence from one site to another at any time from your account.
How long do updates and support last?
Twelve months from the day you buy, for both. Renewing is optional and costs less than the first purchase.
What happens when my licence runs out?
Nothing stops working. The product keeps running on every site you activated it on. You lose access to updates, new features, and support until you renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every product we sell comes with a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, tell us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. We ask you to open a support ticket first, because most refund requests turn out to be a setting we can fix for you in an hour.
Do I need a developer to install it?
Installing is straightforward. WordPress plugins upload through your admin area, and Shopify apps install from the App Store. If you would rather we did it for you, we offer that through Hire Expert.
Which WordPress and Shopify versions do you support?
We test with the current version of WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify, plus the two releases before each. New releases are tested within a week. The exact requirements for each product are on its own page.
Some of your plugins are free on WordPress.org. What is the difference?
The free versions are supported in the WordPress.org forums. The paid versions add the extra features listed on each product page and come with direct support from our team.
